Short summary:
A prisoners-transport is involved in an accident on the highway. In the chaos one of prisoners,
Walter Fromm, flees in a car after he has taken hold of a gun.
Tom and Semir cannot follow him, because Tom makes a steering-error in the start of the
chase. Fromm goes to the house of Lisa
Bertram. She was one of the hostages during a bank-robbery, for which Fromm
has gone into jail. Meanwhile the fleeing-car of Fromm is found
and Tom and Semir have an idea in which neighbourhood Fromm is. So this neighbourhood
is surrounded by the police. Tom and Semir think that they easily can find Fromm now,
but Lisa wasn't just a hostage of Fromm during the
robbery....
