Short summary:
André and Semir want to stop a van, in which are illegal building-workers. The
driver of the van doesn't want to stop. It comes to a chase. In the end the van
causes an accident. The driver and the workers escape.
André and Semir are going to investigate this case. They meet the leader of a
building-project. His name is Bartuschak. André and Semir can't prove that has got something
to do with the illegal workers. But what they don't know is that Bartuschak has planned
something much bigger....
